With candle light yoga we aim to create a peaceful and sacred time at the end of the day to unwind in a relaxing setting.
The dark room and the magic dancing of the candle’s flame, the gentle sound of cascading water allow us to let go of the outside and move into ourselves, burn away expectation and judgment, to find the magic within. The practice consists of slow meditative posture, mostly done while seated or lying down and held for several minutes to observe inner peace and find harmony between body, breath and soul.
We close the day feeling restored and renewed ready to enjoy a much more relaxed sleep which leaves us better prepared for the following day.
