About the event
At the Winter Solstice on the 21. December we celebrate the magnificent Sun, which on the darkest night is born again. Bringing a new year of life & growth with it.
On the 24. December is the begining of the 12 sacred nights. It's also known as "Rauhnächte". This magical time is perfect for reflecting about the current year and to let go of things which don't serve you any more. At the same time it's a great time to set your intuitions for the new year.
During this 2,5 hours workshop we will prepare our mind with some Yoga to get into silence for a guided meditation. Followed by a workshop about the sacred nights.
