Somatic Therapy Workshop (bilingüe)

El taller "luz de sentir" ofrece un espacio para la autoexpresión: nuestres cuerpos quieren expresarse por naturaleza. A través de las emociones, la voz y el movimiento. La mayoría de nosotres hemos tenido la experiencia de que nuestra expresión auténtica no es segura, no es aceptada y no es socialmente conforme. En el taller abrimos un espacio seguro para conectar con tu cuerpo emocional. Únete y partamos juntes de viaje a nuestro centro.

Recomiendo llevar ropa cómoda y traer ropa para cambiarse

The workshop "luz de sentir" offers a space for self-expression: our bodies want to naturally express themselves. Through emotions, voice, and movement. Most of us have had the experience that our authentic expression is not safe, not accepted, and not socially conforming. In this workshop we will open a secure space to connect with your emotional body. Sign up and let's go on a journey to our centre. 

I recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a fresh set of clothes to change into.
