Day 1: Body Self-Awareness
Integrative Nutrition: All that we consume on and off the plate is nutrition
Mindful eating: Exercise with food
Physical Activity: The importance to move your body in deep connection with yourself, benefits
Build Your Mindfulness Tool kit – Intro: Introduce the four days, tips for success this week, build
your mindfulness tool kit and be ready to teach a core tool back on the final day
Sleep Hygiene: The importance of sleep quality and quantity
Day 2: Presence
Stress and Anxiety Release: What are they, how to recognize them and tools to release them in
a healthy way on a daily basis
Relaxation - Sound Bath: Experience the power of sound and healing vibrations to find deep
restoration and relaxation
Yoga class – Yin: Release tension and stored emotions through release of the fascia. Learn to be
with our thoughts when we really slow down.
Nervous system regulation: How our nervous system responds to different stimuli, and what
we can do to regulate it. The importance to get relaxed. Havening & Butterfly Hug practice
Emotions: Energy in motion. There are no good or bad emotions. How emotions are stored in
our bodies. Shaking exercise
Day 3: Purpose
Discover your purpose: What makes your heart excited, journaling
Empowerment: The importance that our power is within and that we always have the power to
make a choice. Hack your limiting beliefs using BETDAR tool
Gratitude: Connect with the experience of gratitude and the power this lens has to transform
our relationship with our greater purpose
Visualization: Future you visualization exercise, creating a new identity.
Yoga class - Gratitude Flow: Heart centered yoga session focused on opening the upper body
and finding flow
Day 4: Resilience
Yoga class - Power Flow: Strengthening yoga session with a peak pose that engages and builds
confidence and trust with the body
Self-Compassion: Work with the RAIN tool (as taught by Tara Brach) to be with what comes up
in challenge
Awareness: Learn to notice what surrounds you, and what lies within you, no judjement, just
be aware
Intuition: Also known as "gut feeling", we feel it all the time. Now, its time to listen
