About the event:

Biodanza is a system that since its creation in Chile in the 60's has not stopped growing and expanding more and more throughout the continents. Biodanza is a system that helps us to deepen ourselves through music, meaningful movement and group encounters, facilitating the most authentic and genuine expression of our being. Biodanza is for everyone and helps us to express in a free and genuine way your own essence.

Biodanza progressively integrates our feeling, thinking and acting achieving more and more harmony with ourselves, with others and with the whole at a much more transcendent level.

It strengthens our self-esteem, self-love and self-image, thus providing us with the basis for a fuller life aligned with our essence and with our individual and collective purpose. 

Biodanza is a return to the origins that takes us fully to the connection with life, with the magic of our heart and the awesome possibility of creating our life from it.

Taught by Rafael:

Passionate about life, I have always loved to experiment, learn and explore, always looking for the light and the development of the best human potentials. This path led me to the encounter of Biodanza 8 years ago and since then I dedicate myself body and soul to my purpose of empowering people who join my groups, workshops and retreats. I truly feel that our greatest dreams can manifest, and I feel that my mission is to help others to achieve it.

I approach my work with Biodanza as a progressive process of existential creativity, empowerment and deep transformation of identity. A journey of rediscovery of the sacred in us and in life through dynamics of dissolution of old structures and integration of new positive eco-factors, with special emphasis on the group aspect and its interrelation from the affectivity and care for life. 

I love life and I love biodanza as part of our path and here I will always be available to continue co-creating a better world from love, pleasure and joy.
