New Moon Women's Circle Ceremony

Every 28 days, the New Moon represents the end of one cycle and the  start of the next. This is the opportune time for a fresh start, new  beginnings and the setting of intentions for what is to come. This is a  time to get in the flow of your intuition and to work with the power of  sensing/feeling (as opposed to thinking).

Rituals  and gatherings around New Moon time have taken place throughout time.  As women, our bodies are closely connected with the cycles of nature.  Many women's menstrual cycles are synced with the moon, and we feel the  energy especially around the new and the full moon times. Yin energy,  associated with the feminine, is in full expression. We are all  activated during this time - physically we may feel more energetic and  spiritually we may feel called to bring about a new project, idea,  relationship or intention.

Through  the New Moon Ceremony + Women’s Circle facilitated by Lizzy at Blue  Morpho, we offer the opportunity for you to connect with yourself and a  community of women. The Women's Circles incorporate ritual, meditation  and a safe space to share what is present for you. Guided by one or more  questions/topics relevant to this specific moon, we co-create a  supportive, nurturing environment through Circle and all women are  welcome.

Lizzy  serves as a sound healer, reiki master, women’s circle facilitator,  yoga instructor, holistic health coach and doula. She has been holding  moon ceremonies, circles and sound baths for years across Asia and the  US. She was trained as a Women’s Circle Facilitator at WMN Space in Los  Angeles, CA
